That in the implementation of the provisions in Article 5 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation No. 55/2008 concerning Imposition of Export Levy on Export Goods, it is necessary to stipulate Decision of the Minister of Finance concerning Stipulation of Export Price for Calculating of Export Levy;
Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2010 concerning Stipulation of Export Check Price on Exported Goods Subject to Export Levy;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING STIPULATION OF EXPORT PRICE FOR CALCULATING OF EXPORT LEVY
Export price for calculation of Export Levy on export goods in the form of palm oil, CPO and its derivative products is stipulate as set forth in Attachment I to this Decision of the Minister of Finance.
Export price for calculation of Export Levy on export goods in the form of Wood, Rattan and Leather is stipulated as set forth in Attachment II to this Decision of the Minister of Finance.
Based on the price reference stipulated by the Minister in charge of and responsible in the trade sector, the tariff for Export Levy used for export goods in the form of palm oil, CPO and its derivative products are as set forth in column 3 in Attachment II to Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 223/PMK.011/2008 concerning Stipulation of Export Goods Subject to Export Levy and Rate of Export Levy.
This Decision of the Minister of Finance takes effective on February 1, 2010 until February 28, 2010.
In case Export Price stipulated in this Decision of the Minister of Finance the validity has expired and new Export Price is not stipulated yet, therefore Export Price stipulated in this Decision of the Minister of Finance remains valid as the basis for calculation of Export Levy until new Export Price is stipulated.
